They Dent My Hair
I recently purchased the 5 Jumbo Roller Travelsetter. Although it had a slot for traditional metal clips, no metal clips were provided. Instead, Super Clips were included. They dent my hair where they close, and there is no where to store them in the unit. The instruction booklet indicated you could order traditional metal clips by sending a check with the small order form in the instruction booklet. They were supposed to arrive within 6 weeks. I am 8 weeks out, and still done have them. I tried using some large size metal clips I had, but they are too small for the jumbo rollers. I had to use my old smaller size travel hot rollers on a recent trip because the Super Clips are unacceptable due to denting my hair.

great accessory
I've owned the hot rollers for a long time, but used my clips with a very old Conair set of hot rollers (made in 1979!!). Now that I have the new set of clips, I can use with the newer hot rollers (for which they were actually made).
